Tim Ho Wan

Officially the best char siu bao I've ever had.  And the cheapest Michelin starred restaurant in the world.

The bbq pork buns are definitely special.  Baked, butter and sweet.  Three of us ordered a total of 18...  mostly for dine in and a few for take away.

The restaurant is small and the wait is long.  But make yourself comfortable because it's cheap and worth the time!
